We understand life can be unpredictable, so if you need to adjust your schedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This not only helps us manage our schedule efficiently but also offers opportunities for other clients eagerly waiting for an opening.

To help ensure no appointment is forgotten, we send confirmation messages 48 hours in advance. Remember, appointments canceled without adequate notice will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount, as this helps us maintain fairness to all clients and our staff's commitment to providing personalized services.

To enhance your experience with us and support our goal of timely service for everyone, we suggest the following:

  • Add your appointment to your calendar and activate notifications for a gentle reminder.

  • Aim to arrive 15 minutes early, giving yourself a moment to relax before your service.

  • Keep your schedule flexible around your appointment to enjoy a stress-free visit.

  • Organize any inspirational photos beforehand, so we're ready to bring your vision to life.

  • Avoid continuous Rescheduling of your Pre-Booked appointment to avoid confusion and Rescheduling fee. 

  • Have your photos ready before your visit. Create an Album in your Phone App if necessary for quick and easy reference.

  • Consider using Bangkok's BTS & MRT systems to dodge the traffic and ensure punctuality.

As a friendly reminder, we'll reach out a few days before your appointment. If we can't connect with you within 24 hours of your appointment, we may have to cancel it. While we love providing reminders, remembering your appointment is crucial to avoid any inconvenience.

"A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied, calculated based on the amount of the reserved service. For instance, a hair cut & root color service priced at ฿8,500 will result in a cancellation fee of ฿4,250 (50%)."

"Given the nature of our business and our commitment to staying timely for the benefit of all clients, we kindly request our guests to arrive 15 minutes early before their scheduled appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the timing of your arrival may result in the possibility of canceling one or more of your intended services to maintain a timely schedule. Please be aware that in such cases, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all our clients."

"Upon leaving the Studio after your appointment, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with the service provided. If, for any reason, you are not content with the service, kindly inform us before leaving the Studio so we can address and correct any concerns immediately.

In the event that you return home and later realize dissatisfaction with our cut or color service, please notify us within seven days of your visit. After this period, any additional changes will be considered a new service and are subject to additional fees. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate the opportunity to address and enhance your experience."

We maintain the right to decline service that mirrors practices from other salons, consistently jeopardizing the health of your hair and resulting in prolonged damage. Our focus is on suggesting alternative methods that promise a better outcome with less damage, allowing us to correct past history and guide your hair towards a future of health and beauty.

Additionally, we reserve the right to decline service to any client demonstrating a continuous neglect of appointments, displaying ill-mannered behavior, or showing disrespect to other clients or to us"
