We understand life can be unpredictable, so if you need to adjust your schedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This not only helps us manage our schedule efficiently but also offers opportunities for other clients eagerly waiting for an opening.

To help ensure no appointment is forgotten, we send confirmation messages 48 hours in advance. Remember, appointments canceled without adequate notice will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount, as this helps us maintain fairness to all clients and our staff's commitment to providing personalized services.

To enhance your experience with us and support our goal of timely service for everyone, we suggest the following:

  • Add your appointment to your calendar and activate notifications for a gentle reminder.

  • Aim to arrive 15 minutes early, giving yourself a moment to relax before your service.

  • Keep your schedule flexible around your appointment to enjoy a stress-free visit.

  • Organize any inspirational photos beforehand, so we're ready to bring your vision to life.

  • Avoid continuous Rescheduling of your Pre-Booked appointment to avoid confusion and Rescheduling fee. 

  • Have your photos ready before your visit. Create an Album in your Phone App if necessary for quick and easy reference.

  • Consider using Bangkok's BTS & MRT systems to dodge the traffic and ensure punctuality.

As a friendly reminder, we'll reach out a few days before your appointment. If we can't connect with you within 24 hours of your appointment, we may have to cancel it. While we love providing reminders, remembering your appointment is crucial to avoid any inconvenience.

As a courtesy, we do our best to confirm your scheduled appointments a few days in advance via email, phone call, or text message. However, if we are unable to reach you within 48 hours prior to your appointment, the appointment may be canceled to allow availability for other clients.

While we strive to provide this reminder as a helpful service, please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend recording your appointment in your mobile device’s Calendar & Reminders Application for easy access and punctuality.

At James Mac Studio, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for all our clients. To ensure we stay on schedule and provide the highest quality of service, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Please note the following:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust, shorten, or cancel one or more of your intended services to maintain our schedule for the day.
In such cases, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be applied.

re-scheduled

At James Mac Studio, your appointment is very important to us, and we reserve that time exclusively for you. We understand that schedules can change, and we kindly ask that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.

When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it not only leaves a gap in our schedule but also prevents clients on our waiting list from having the opportunity to receive our services.

Please note the following:

Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be applied for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. For example, if a Hair Cut & Root Color service costs ฿8,500, the cancellation fee would be ฿4,250 (50%).
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (“No Show”) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount upon their next visit.
While we do our best to provide courtesy reminders a few days before your scheduled appointment, we encourage you to take responsibility for noting your appointment. To make this easier, we recommend saving your appointment in your mobile device’s Calendar & Reminders Application to ensure a smooth and punctual scheduling experience.

client satisfaction

At James Mac Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you leave our studio feeling completely happy with the service provided.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you inform us before leaving the studio so we can address and resolve any concerns right away.

Should you return home and later feel unsatisfied with your cut or color service, please contact us within seven days of your visit. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to enhance your experience.

Please note that any requests for adjustments made after the seven-day period will be considered a new service and will be subject to additional fees.

Hair Extensions & Color Services Policy

At James Mac Studio, we prioritize the health and integrity of our clients’ hair, including hair extensions. To ensure the best quality of service and to protect your extensions, we do not perform any color services—including root touch-ups, highlights, toners, or other chemical treatments—while hair extensions are woven or physically attached to the hair.

If clients wish to receive color services, all hair extensions must be completely removed prior to the appointment. This precaution ensures that the extensions remain in optimal condition and allows us to deliver the highest quality results for your natural hair.

Please note that we are not liable for any damage or discoloration that may occur if color services are applied to hair with extensions attached.

We believe that achieving your desired look should never come at the cost of your hair’s health or personal comfort. While we always strive to meet our clients’ requests, we also prioritize maintaining and enhancing the integrity of your hair.

Please note the following:

We reserve the right to decline services that involve techniques or practices we believe could compromise the health of your hair or result in prolonged damage. Instead, we are dedicated to offering alternative solutions that promote healthier, more beautiful results.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a Hair Cut or Color service if we feel the requested style is not flattering or may cause discomfort for the client in the future. This includes styles that may be difficult to manage, style, or feel comfortable with, potentially affecting your overall satisfaction and confidence.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to clients who display:
A pattern of repeatedly neglecting scheduled appointments.
Disrespectful or ill-mannered behavior toward our team or other clients.
